Gems of Pinakates
The Gems of Pinakates complex consists of five newly built, stone, luxury and newly built two-level villas in Pelion.
. The accommodation is located on the south-western slopes of Pelion, 300 meters above sea level, within easy reach of Kala Nera and Pinakates, and it is really worth walking to the neighboring traditional enchanting traditional oil mill. All private and public areas have stunning views of the Pagasitic Gulf. With respect to the natural environment and the climate of the area ,with stone and wood as basic materials, we built tourist houses with attention to detail, preserving elements of traditional local construction . By combining Pelionian architecture with modern design, we have created a luxurious accommodation environment in a magnificent landscape.
Interiors
Functionality, comfort and luxury, but also the environmentally friendly complex. it was our vision that we brought to life.
The residences are configured as follows:
- Ground floor 41.8m²: double height living room with exposed roof trusses, huge windows overlooking the sea, fireplace, ergonomic kitchen and WC.
- 1st floor 41.8m² : two bedrooms, their bathroom and an exit to the private area of the house.
- Loft 20.35m² : it has a large bedroom with private bathroom and a view of the living room.
- The interior includes security doors, wooden frames and double-glazed windows.
With an emphasis on quality, comfort and elegance, our villas meet high standards of design, materials and construction, while their carefully selected equipment combined with the special decorative elements of all spaces, create an environment of refined aesthetics

The complex is set in a stunning landscape of natural beauty and features gardens with selected native flora of particular beauty, open spaces for children and comfortable communal gathering areas for guests. The leisure facilities include a large swimming pool, 21 meters long, and an area for sunbathing, but also for enjoying moments of relaxation or fun with your friends. Ensuring privacy, each villa has its own space with stunning sea views. As the complex has a western orientation, you will enjoy the unique, wonderful sunsets, with Pelion in the background.
